Effie Allen House - Liz Reichard, 217 East Main

The Effie Allen house was built by Mr. Allen and was the last designated Customs House office in Tuckerton and Effie Allen was the last appointed Collector of Customs. The Customs Houses were placed where all boats could be registered when Tuckerton was a Port-Of-Entry.
