The next topic will concern several local (Little Egg Harbor and Philadelphia) black Quaker families active in the late 1700s to the late 1800s and their family connections. One couple were members of Little Egg Harbor Meeting, others attended Quaker Meetings in Philadelphia, without joining. This piqued my interest some time ago, and a number of records and descriptive histories have been found, but more time is required to study them to generate an accurate, referenced summary.
