Random History Bytes 130: Amelia Throckmorton - Royal Descendant - Part 05
----------

The parentage of Craig Throckmorton (1809-1863) remains somewhat uncertain because of the lack of some primary records in Monmouth County.

Some of the records now being sought require being at an LDS Family History Center (FHC) and/or major patience perusing unindexed microfilm images. This has now been assisted by a complete stranger, in another state, who saw my posts on the Throckmortons on a NJ genealogy group, and is helping to retrieve records. The search for absolute proof of the parentage of Craig Throckmorton continues.

While that search continues, ensuing posts may pick up earlier in the Throckmorton line, but in the same place, Monmouth County, New Jersey. As noted in RHB129, two possible lineages for Craig's parentage both converge at: Judge John Throckmorton (1688-1741) who married Mary Stillwell (1690-1739), both from Monmouth County, New Jersey. Picking up Amelia Throckmorton's lineage at this point should not affect her royal and noble descendency. Either path will have the same royal and noble blood line that this series is leading toward.

Meanwhile, much programming progress has been made on the formatting of a navigable web site which will eventually be posted here with the royal and noble lineages.

To be continued.
